If you are like me – when you have hot chocolate you want it rich and basically like a dessert. This quick recipe to make a decadent chocolate is the best.
Recipe (Makes 2 portions):
- 4 tablespoons of hot chocolate
- 16 oz of water
- 6 oz of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of Taali popped water lily seeds
Step 1: Mix the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl via a hand or stand mixer. Start on a slow setting and then go faster until it is a thick consistency
Step 2: Steep the hot water to mix in with the hot chocolate. Add 2 tablespoons to each mug and then add 8 oz of water
Step 3: Add the whipped cream, chocolate chips, and Taali popped water lily seeds on top
