This is one of my new favorites. It is my go to when I am traveling and am not sure what is good. I am rarely disappointed by this one! It is really fun and easy to make at home. Generally speaking, I am a huge fan of fritters. My parents grew eating these in India whenever it rained. We love bhajiyas ( fritters) to warm up your insides when it is dreary & cold out. Kick up your pesto game with something spicy and easy to find. I love adding different things to my pesto. Here is a spicy addition. Easy recipe – Broil 1 large poblano pepper. Step 1: Coat lightly in olive oil. Step 2: Place in broiler. You will only need a few minutes until the skin starts to bubble. Take out the pepper and let it cool enough to touch.
