This is an easy go to when I have a ton of veggies, tofu and rice. I could also literally make it everyday because it is so delicious, quick, and filling.
Have you ever wondered how to get your tofu super crispy? Here are some steps to make a great stir fry dish with that awesome crispy tofu.
- Use extra firm tofu for stir fry
- Drain all water – this sounds like an easy task but not always!
Some people use books to compress the water out of tofu. Others use pots and pans. I recommend investing in a tofu press. They are easy to use and decrease the time it takes to cook the tofu.

I highly recommend this one: https://tofubud.com/
